Mummy Bloggers Losing Their Mummy Tummy with the MuTu System!

There are a some lovely Mummy Bloggers losing their mummy tummy as they review the MuTu System at the moment, & I thought I’d introduce you to a few of them! Some are following the Mutu System 12 week coaching programme alone, which involves a comprehensive exercise, yoga & nutritional package, along with 12 videos, delivered weekly. There are also a few mums following the programme alongside listening to a Thinking Slimmer slimpod, a fabulous, non invasive ‘mind-set retuner’ to help them lose destructive food habits.

They’re all just in their first couple of weeks, so how are they getting on in their quest to lose their mummy tummy?? Check out the links to see their blogging updates!

Catherine blogs at www.mummylion.co.uk & is doing brilliantly so far with both products – you can read all her MuTu posts so far by clicking on that link. . My favourite tweet from Catherine was this one yesterday:

Catherine@MummyLion @mutusystem “it’s weird but all of a sudden, my clothes seemed too baggy for me. i feel more like the old me, less frumpy & lumpy”

I’m loving a lady finding her Mojo… :)
Alli blogs at Mum 2 Four & she thinks I’m a machine. Which I think is a compliment. Of sorts. Alli is steadily losing weight & losing her mummy tummy… liking that.
Denise, otherwise known as Snafflesmummy has just bought herself a skipping rope & is going at her workouts with gusto!
Kathie had half hearted success with the MuTu System before due to her self confessed “really messed up relationship with food” & so has really had a fresh start now, trying the Thinking Slimmer  Slimpods in tandem with a re-start on MuTu. She’s not overweight, but wants to address her unhealthy (emotionally, almost more than physically) eating habits.
There are a number of other lovely bloggers trialing the MuTu System, which are just getting started – do introduce yourselves Ladies & keep us posted on how you’re getting on!

Hi Everyone. Hope your all getting on ok. Still a little scared and overwhelmed by it all but glad to be finally doing something about the way I look. Hard work will be worth it.

Don’t be scared! Remember this is nothing you can’t do – it’s about taking care of your body, putting it back together & making it look & feel the way you want it to. That’s nice… not scary :) I’m right here whenever you need help x

Hiya! i’m trying hard to squeeze the workouts into my day – somtimes i’m too tired, once or twice i’ve been too busy but even though i’ve missed days and had some comfort eating days, the weight is gradually leaving me.  I’ve still got wobble, and i’ve not lost much weight but my body is starting to look a bit more like it used to do.  The ‘muffin’ is definitely less of an issue now.

AND i did a plank for nearly the whole two minutes today, before collapsing in a grunting heap on the lawn.

That’s great & don’t beat yourself when you miss something… that’s life! Delighted the muffin top is on its way out! Fab work on the plank! OK now its time to make it harder, rather than last longer… making sure your have TVA & PF fully engaged, that you’re breathing slow & steady, try lifting one leg straight out behind you. Hold for a few seconds, then switch legs, then come back to the normal plank. Or try making it ‘dynamic’ – go from a plank on your hands, down to your forearms, then back up again. Have fun & keep us posted x

Hi! My main issue is finding the time – or rather taking the time. When I have 20 minutes, I can always find something to do around the house, or for work (I work from home, so no outside of office hours around here), and find it really difficult to just take time for me. That said, I have lost some weight, and have found myself binging less. Just think of the results I could be getting if I managed to work out 5 times a week!!

    Hello,
I am already going to bootcamp 4 x week, 1 x personal training, eating a calorie restricted, whole foods diet, but have ab diastis (spelling?) and am almost two years postpartum, as well as a weak pelvic floor. Just wondering if this is the right progtram for me?

Hi there, there is a *missing link* that MuTu System can give you… that missing link is the completely fundamental issue, that despite all that healthy eating & intensive exercise – your core isn’t working properly hence the weak PF & diastasis… so yes, it would be perfect!
