Postnatal Exercises Video | Interval Training Workout Video

Postnatal exercises don’t have to mean long workouts or gym memberships! Lose your baby weight with this interval training workout that will drop pounds & build lean muscle… & you can do it in your garden! I did. You don’t need any equipment, you don’t need to go anywhere, & your kids can join in… Have fun!

I hope it helps to make a little more sense of what you’re supposed to be doing when you see the term ‘interval training’!’ Any questions, just ask & please share your ideas for fitting exercise into your life!

This video gives you just a taster of the style of the 12 week MuTu System video coaching programme. It’s not your average *shiny ladies in shiny studio* kind of video! This is how I work out to stay strong, lean & toned & it’s how I train my clients. It’s real life & it works!

Wow that is so helpful. But same question as for other video. Is it safe to do interval training such as this 9wks post partum with a 6-7cm diastasis? I also had SPD in all my pregnancies…. Really want to feel like I’m doing something about still looking so pregnant!

    • Wendy Powell

Hi again Liz! You need to be VERY careful about attempting anything like this just yet because your back is currently unsupported by your abdominal muscles. Your whole pelvic region is further de-stabalised & weakened by the SPD.

Do the ground work first – you need specific exercises to repair the diastasis & stabalise your pelvis whilst strengthening both transverse & pelvic floor muscles… only then should you start any jumping around! The MuTu System download will tell you what to do! ;)
