“Thank you Wendy Powell for your awesome 12wks program! I have eaten well ( changed my diet and my family benefits too), exercised even more regularly (some hot days walking with cranky kids sometimes LOL), gained more confidence (fit my old clothes and spend $$ for the new ones btw ;)), better skin appearance… not sure what else that I’ve not mentioned. Diastasis Recti is 1
[finger width] and I definitely will keep on doing what I’ve been doing. I truly have been blessed through this journey.
One thing that I find it very challenging is NOT how I start, BUT to finish it. I envisioned and forced myself many times to get there.
Thank you again Wendy Powell. Love youuuu. Huggsss”
I’m currently doing Phase 1 of MuTu Focus and I’ve noticed some small changes already. I came home from hospital with a 3-finger abdominal separation and its now around 1.5 finger widths (I started doing a few diastasis recti exercises from about 5 weeks postpartum on). I gained around 25-30 lbs when pregnant (8 lbs of it baby!) My baby is very high needs, plus its a chilly Canadian January outside and I haven’t been able to go for the recommended walks or do any other cardio intensive workouts. But now at three months PP I’m 7 lbs away from my pre-baby weight (I currently weigh 102 lbs and I’m just over 5 feet tall). My question is, will my saggy belly skin ever go away or could it be that my skin was just stretched beyond all repair? Is it possible to still have fat in my tummy when the rest of my body is almost back to normal?
Hi MAB, are you in our private support group on Facebook? If not please email hello @ mutusystem .com (no spaces) with the email you purchased with + we can let you in! You’ll get loads of support + help in there + we’re able to get to your query much quicker. The fat around your belly is determined by your food choices + hormones also (influenced by stress, lack of sleep, etc) + the elasticity of your skin is affected by age, genetics + nutrition. Focus works on the muscle restoration underneath – nutrition + high intensity exercise, along with balancing hormones + minimising stress will all help with the rest.

The last pictures look smaller and her shorts are covering part of her belly for week 12 so I can’t really tell if there was improvement.
Hey Sham, you should change your name to “Shame” because you should be ashamed of discouraging this woman in her hard work. If you can’t be encouraging to women like Anastasia who have given their lives and bodies for their children, and are now working their butts off literally to regain control you should simply comment in my opinion.
Go Anastasia! the work you have done is amazing! Keep being an incredible example to your kid (s) of what real motivation and self sacrifice looks like.
God bless you!
I’m a member of the closed Facebook group for MuTu customers and before + after photos like these are being shared in there almost every day. I know this lady’s story from being in the group. This transformation took her 12 Weeks of hard work – of consistently doing her MuTu Core workouts (probably more than once a day – most of us do at least 2x per day), daily walking, plus her MuTu Intensive full body workouts (at least 3 or 4 x a week) plus taking care over the quality of the food she and her family are eating, and getting support, motivation + encouragement from all the other Mamas in the closed group. She’s been incredibly brave to share her pictures and she’s worked hard to achieve these amazing results.
