Welcome to the NHS and MUTU pilot!
The MUTU System programme is created for Mums by experts, and has been trialed and recommended by NHS Women’s Health Physiotherapists, Surgeons and GP’s.
It comprises fully guided, highly effective and short workouts for a stronger core, improved bladder control and full body confidence.
MUTU is working with the NHS to further evidence the programme with a view to making it more widely available to mums throughout the UK. More than 50 women will be given the opportunity to use the app at no charge (cost to buy privately £99.00).

We will ask you a few questions to determine your eligibility to take part and receive a free annual membership to the MUTU System programme.
As part of the pilot, participants will be required to answer a series (4 total) of questionnaires periodically to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment program.
By signing up, you agree to:
- Commit to follow the programme for a minimum for 12 weeks. This equates to a daily (or 5 X/week minimum) 12 minutes exercise session, as well as around 20 minutes of explanation video at the start.
- Complete 4 X baseline and progress questionnaires at the specified intervals.

- You understand that participation in this programme is voluntary and that you may withdraw at any time and access to the app will be revoked.
- You authorize the collection, storage, and use of your personal and medical information for the purpose of this pilot programme. Your personal data will be stored and tracked by Planet Mutu Limited and shared with NHS and assessor teams only, in anonymised format, for evaluation purposes.
- You understand that any exercise programme may have certain risks and you agree to discuss any concerns with the MUTU team.
- You consent to the evaluation and monitoring of your progress throughout the programme.
