MUTU System Accessibility Statement<\/b><\/h1>\n

Our Commitment<\/b><\/h3>\n

MUTU is committed to ensuring that our digital programme and website are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are <\/span>continuously working to improve our programme in order to achieve many of the available standards and guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want everyone who visits the MUTU System website and\/or participates in the programme to feel welcome and enjoy their experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Standards Compliance<\/b><\/h3>\n

The MUTU website follows the <\/span>W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.<\/span><\/a> These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with <\/span>disabilities and user-friendly for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

The guidelines have 3 levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). Level AA is our desired benchmark for the MUTU System website and programme, although we are <\/span>proud to surpass the AA benchmark in many areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Areas for Improvement<\/b><\/h3>\n

We strive to achieve the accepted guidelines for accessibility and usability and are working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, but we realise that it <\/span>is not always possible to do so in all areas, consequently, there are some areas of the website\/course that still need improvement:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.1 \u2013 Non-Text Content<\/b><\/h3>\n

All non-text content that is presented to the user has a text alternative that serves the equivalent purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are working hard on increasing subtitling wherever possible across not only our sites and programme but on all published media content as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Those who require an alternative to non-text content can find transcripts and cheatsheets of all programme videos in their account under the Support menu.<\/p>\n

For those who require audible instructions, voice instructions can be enabled on all programme videos in the members platform.<\/p>\n

Compatibility and Optimising Your MUTU Experience<\/b><\/h3>\n

For the best experience, we recommend visiting our website using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox if you are using a desktop device. We\u2019re also <\/span>completely mobile and tablet-friendly, and compatible with Apple and Android devices. Refreshing the cache on your device can help to stop any old error <\/span>messages from showing up. Go <\/span>here<\/span><\/a> for further optimisation and cache tips.<\/span><\/p>\n
