So by devices, I\u2019m talking about something that you insert vaginally and usually, it’s used alongside an app on your smartphone, brands like Perifit or Elvie. And the app gives you feedback on your phone via gamification as to how well (or not) you\u2019re contracting and engaging your pelvic floor muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devices that need to be inserted can work great for some women, and the gamification of the app element makes it more engaging for some. They show some proven results in improved pelvic floor muscle strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
