I wish I knew #IWishIKnew<\/strong> is a movement calling for change in the way pregnant women are prepared for postpartum recovery. A MUTU System study of 3,300 mothers in the UK and USA has revealed an urgent need to address the lack of post-birth recovery preparation during pregnancy, and the impact this has on mental and physical wellbeing. Because we know that preparation during pregnancy needs to be more than just packing a hospital bag and writing your birth plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
