{"id":448,"date":"2021-05-14T19:50:29","date_gmt":"2021-05-14T19:50:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.mutusystem.com\/en-us\/?p=448"},"modified":"2023-05-03T10:37:45","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T10:37:45","slug":"nikis-mutu-system-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/stories\/nikis-mutu-system-results\/","title":{"rendered":"Niki&#8217;s story about how she felt herself again with MUTU System"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Hi my name is Niki and I started my MUTU journey in 2017 when my second daughter was 2 years old.&nbsp; I want to share with you my MUTU System results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diastasis recti, hernia and debilitating back pain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had <a href=\"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/diastasis-recti\/diastasis-recti-test-what-works-and-what-to-avoid\/\">diastasis recti<\/a> and a pregnancy <a href=\"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/hernia-and-prolapse\/hernia-and-diastasis-recti-postpartum-umbilical-hernia\/\">hernia<\/a> as a result of my first pregnancy in 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was suffering from persistent lower back pain which was sometimes so debilitating that I couldn\u2019t work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On one occasion, I was bedridden for almost a week. Initially, I was in such intense pain I couldn\u2019t move or get up and walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I couldn\u2019t look after my children, so my mum had to come and stay to help us.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Niki&#039;s Review Of The MUTU System program\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sBcg5Wawby4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After I recovered, I knew I had to do something to strengthen my core and prevent further back injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident had really made me worry about my general health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to having children, I had a strong core from doing Pilates and yoga and hardly ever experienced any back problems, so I wanted to get back to how I was. I received treatment from an osteopath for my back but wanted a long term solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding MUTU System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also wanted to do something about my pregnant looking stomach and the constant bloated feeling I was experiencing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other symptoms I experienced included leakages when coughing or jumping on a trampoline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I first came across the MUTU System a year before, while browsing the internet, and although it sounded good, I don\u2019t think I was ready mentally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/join\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/Free-trial-display-ad-1024x384.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/Free-trial-display-ad-1024x384.png 1024w, https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/Free-trial-display-ad-500x188.png 500w, https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/Free-trial-display-ad-768x288.png 768w, https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/Free-trial-display-ad.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However after experiencing too many back problems and being asked one too many times whether I was pregnant. I knew I needed to take action. Just didn\u2019t feel good about myself at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I felt very excited and determined before I started the MUTU program. I just felt that it was the only thing that could possibly help me because I had tried everything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once I began the program, I did it every day, without missing a single day, until I finished the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was determined to do everything by the book to ensure I had done everything I possibly could to help myself.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve always believed that if you want to achieve something, then find someone that is an expert in that area and has done what you want to achieve, and follow what they did.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MUTU System results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So that\u2019s what I did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I found the program very challenging but rewarding. Every day that I completed was an accomplishment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Challenging myself to ensure that I never missed a day of the program and to make it to the end was fun. The intensive workouts were particularly challenging but very effective.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My favorite part of the program was the core exercises and discovering new, healthier ways of eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After completing the program, my body looked slimmer, especially my stomach \u2013 it was flat and I no longer felt bloated or looked pregnant after eating.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I just felt like myself again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think I even looked better and healthier than I did before I had my children!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most importantly, I haven\u2019t had a back injury since! My body is definitely stronger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An added, unexpected bonus, is that my sex life has vastly improved as a result of my strong pelvic floor muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/mutusystem.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/05\/BA_NIKI_SIDE_REC_copy-1-400x225-1.png\" alt=\"MUTU System results\" class=\"wp-image-519\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What I would tell my pre-MUTU Self<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would tell my pre-MUTU self, to not put up with all the symptoms that come with DR and to not waste time contemplating whether or not to start the program, and my MUTU story, but to just do it!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will be so worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any mums who, like me, were unsure about whether or not to start the program, I would tell them to definitely do it, and don\u2019t give up!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will change your life, like it did mine, and make you feel better than ever!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be confident again and get back to being you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MUTU has changed my life. I still do the regular core exercises to maintain my core strength and pelvic floor muscles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although I have always had a healthy diet, I learned new ways to improve my diet. I look and feel better than I did before even becoming a mum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am generally much more confident, healthier and stronger.
