“Hey, My name is Nicole and I\u2019m a mama to two kiddos! I want to talk to you about working out during pregnancy and my experience using MUTU System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working out during pregnancy the first time around wasn\u2019t that high of a priority for me. I thought once I had my baby I could just start back up again and be okay. <\/p>\n\n\n
Well, I wasn\u2019t okay. I had a lot of instability in my core due to a large diastasis recti. I also peed when I sneezed or tried to do higher impact exercises like jumping. And my back was hurting more than it ever had before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The hardest part though was not understanding if any of it was actually just \u2018normal\u2019 or if there was something not quite right<\/strong>. I felt confused, defeated, and self-conscious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I felt so out of place in my own body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Luckily I found and started MUTU System<\/a> 12 weeks after my first pregnancy, completed it and felt confident and fully healed about a year later. Finding MUTU gave me the answers, guidance, and hope I desperately needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When I became pregnant with my 2nd child a few years after that I knew working out during pregnancy should be a priority.
