You need to rebuild your foundations first…

After having a baby, far too many moms rush back into whatever exercise regime they were doing before they got pregnant. It’s important to approach your post-baby body healing journey properly and slowly. You need to connect and train those muscles and that means emotionally not just physically. Take the time to rebuild that connection again from the inside out and the foundations up.

It’s not a one solution approach…

Stomach exercises alone don’t give you a flat stomach – doing the exercises… as well as re-aligning your posture, being functionally fit, eating the right food, balancing your hormones and reducing stress do.

What you eat is contributing…

You could do all of the above but if you still have a few pounds of extra fat sitting on top of your abdominal muscles, you won’t see the results of all your hard work. You can lose the belly fat by eating good, healthy, nutritious food and ditching refined sugars and processed stuff.
