OUR TERMS
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods, services, or digital content.
These terms apply together with our Website Terms of Use, our Privacy and Cookie Policy, our Copyright Notice, and our Medical Disclaimer.
These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
We are Planet Mutu Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 13697385, and our registered office is at Office 1, The Warehouse, Anchor Quay, Penryn TR10 8GZ United Kingdom.

If we have to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order. “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment Options
There are two payment options for our digital programme: Annual Auto-Renewal Payment or Monthly Recurring Subscription.
Annual payment purchases are final following the free trial period, if applicable. Full membership access to all content is provided for 12 months from the payment date. No partial or full refunds are available.
Annual memberships are auto-renewal. At the time of renewal, payment will be charged to the payment method on file. You will receive email notification before your renewal date.
Recurring Monthly Subscription
Your MUTU System Subscription, which may start with a free trial, will continue month-to-month or annually (as chosen during sign-up) and will auto-renew unless canceled by you. You must have internet access and provide us with a valid payment method to use the MUTU System service.
We will bill the subscription fee to your payment method. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing for the next subscription term.
Free Trial
Your MUTU System Subscription may begin with a free trial, which lasts for a specified period (e.g., one week or 10 days). During the trial, you will have access to limited content. Full access will commence once your first subscription payment is made.
To cancel during the free trial, go to ‘My Profile’ on mutumamas.com and use the ‘Cancel Free Trial’ option. This will cancel your access immediately, and no payment will be taken.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial or full refunds will be provided. Upon cancellation, access to the content will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
To cancel, visit the ‘Your Account’ page on mutumamas.com and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you signed up via a third party, you may need to cancel through that third party’s platform.
Recurring Billing
By starting a subscription and providing payment details, you authorize us to charge you on a recurring basis based on the chosen plan. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. If you wish to stop recurring billing, you must cancel your subscription in advance of the next billing date.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. Any changes will take effect after providing prior notice to you.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used periods.
3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
How we will accept your order
Our acceptance of your order occurs when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you. Reasons may include stock limitations, resource constraints, or errors in product descriptions or pricing.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
Access to Digital Products
Access to our programme is via an online membership account. Access begins on the day of purchase or after the free trial period. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Updates and Changes
We may update our digital content to reflect legal, technical, or other changes. Any updates will not affect your rights to use the product as described at the time of purchase.
5. REFUNDS AND YOUR RIGHTS
Refunds for Digital Products
We do not provide refunds or credits for any full or partial subscription periods or unused content. Once digital content is accessed or downloaded, you forfeit the right to a ‘cooling-off’ refund under UK consumer law.
6. LEGAL JURISDICTION
These Terms and the relationship between you and Planet Mutu Limited are governed by English law. If you reside in the UK, the courts of your region have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
