MUTU System Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: March 2026. Next review: March 2027.

Our Commitment

MUTU is committed to making its digital programme and website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are continuously working to improve the platform against recognised accessibility standards.

Standards Compliance

MUTU targets conformance with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across mutusystem.com and the member programme platform (mutumamas.com). We are monitoring the transition to WCAG 2.2 and will incorporate Level AA requirements from that standard into our roadmap. We surpass the AA benchmark in a number of areas.

Areas For Improvement

1.1.1 Non-Text Content

All non-text content presented to users has a text alternative serving the equivalent purpose.

We are working to extend subtitling across all programme and published media content, with full coverage targeted by the end of 2026.

Those who require an alternative to non-text content can find transcripts and cheatsheets of all programme videos in their account under the Support menu. For those who require audible instructions, voice instructions can be enabled on all programme videos in the member platform.

Optimising Your MUTU Experience

For the best experience, we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on desktop. MUTU is fully responsive and compatible with Apple and Android mobile and tablet devices.
