Our Commitment
MUTU is committed to making its digital program and website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are continuously working to improve the platform against recognized accessibility standards.
Standards Compliance
MUTU targets conformance with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across mutusystem.com and the member program platform (mutumamas.com). We are monitoring the transition to WCAG 2.2 and will incorporate Level AA requirements from that standard into our roadmap. We surpass the AA benchmark in a number of areas.

All non-text content presented to users has a text alternative serving the equivalent purpose.
We are working to extend subtitling across all program and published media content, with full coverage targeted by the next review.
Transcripts and cheatsheets for every program video are linked directly beneath each video in the member platform. Every video has full spoken instructions throughout, and the transcripts are a written version of those instructions.
