Dr. Tarr holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). She is also a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), and holds the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), furthering her expertise in women’s health. Dr. Tarr is also a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (Dip IBLM), a certification signifying specialized knowledge and competency in the practice of evidence-based lifestyle medicine. This certification highlights her deep understanding of how lifestyle factors—such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management—play a crucial role in preventing and managing chronic diseases, aligning with her holistic approach to patient care.
She is committed to improving healthcare systems, particularly by harnessing AI and digital tools to enhance patient outcomes, streamline processes, and increase access to care, especially for underserved populations.

As a mother to a one-year-old, she also understands the importance of supporting families in their health and well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Tarr is a keen musician, finding creativity and relaxation in music, which helps her maintain balance amidst her demanding career. She also completed the MUTU System after the birth of her son, underscoring her personal commitment to health and wellness.
