Owner of ‘Hey Mama Rach’ & Maternal/Infant Registered Nurse in the hospital setting
“The MUTU program truly changed my first postpartum experience. I was able to tune into, heal, and fall in love with my body after baby. I believe every mother should experience everything this program has to offer”
About
Rachel has an extensive medical background working as a Registered Nurse. Her career has mainly focused on hospital-based nursing–working with infants and mothers in various environments. She has experience with mothers prenatally, throughout labor & delivery, in the OR during cesarean section surgeries, and postpartum. Rachel has also helped birth infants on her own (when the MD didn’t arrive fast enough), and cared for them in the transitional nursery setting, the postpartum setting, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
In 2022, with the birth of her first child, she truly saw the need for more accessible & supportive postpartum support in the United States. She created ‘Hey Mama Rach’ a supportive space for mothers. One that nurtured them. Held them. Supported them. Educated them.
This became her mission. To help mothers feel educated and empowered during every stage of their parenting journey. She provides valuable resources & support that enable mothers to make informed decisions, build confidence, and embrace their role as parents.
