We are looking for someone who is interested in design and advertising to join our badass marketing team.

We are an international e-health company based in Truro, with over 50,000 users worldwide.
This is an amazing opportunity for a student to have a paid work placement or for a recent graduate to get some more hands-on experience.

Depending on your performance, this role could turn into something more full time and permanent.

What a typical day would look like:

You will work closely with our marketing manager and our designer who are excited to guide and mentor you.
A lot of your time will be spent creating graphics for our popular and active social media accounts. We post fresh content daily to our followers and these posts are strategically thought out.

We want to let your creativity shine, whilst still sticking to our established tone of voice and vision. Our mamas expect a certain narrative from us and we are keen to keep them engaged.

We create a lot of video content, so existing video editing skills would be amazing but we will happily teach you if you don’t have experience.
We will also ask you to do design work for our videos – and we create a lot of video content!

As part of our marketing strategy, we run PPC campaigns, you will also do design work for our Facebook ads, Google display ads, Instagram ads, and YouTube ads.

We are constantly redesigning and developing our websites, and whilst this won’t initially be part of your role, you can be involved in the process and learn a lot about using data to drive design. (Heatmapping, split testing, UX etc)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can have fun at work even when the pressure is on
  • Want’s to learn and does this independently
  • Has photoshop or illustrator skills
  • Isn’t afraid to get stuck in
  • Super organised & can manage their own time
  • Enjoys excessive GIF usage

Extra bonus points (but nor requirements)

  • Video editing experience
  • Advertising experience
