Are you a mama who loves to run? Let me introduce you to Jen Saint Jean A.K.A KickAss professional runner, No.1 in the USA for Women’s 40 1500m and top ten in the world for 1500m in her category. She’s awesome, empowering and inspiring and we’re so honored to be part of her body healing journey as she juggles competing, motherhood, diastasis recti recovery and a new way of training and racing.
She’s a mom of two girls age 9 and 13 and started her MUTU journey in April 2016. Check out Jen’s amazing progress photos below.
Grab a cup of tea and listen to Jen’s story. She talks about her career as a runner, Diastasis Recti and a change in perspective on how she trains and how she races.

I love this Wendy! I’ll definitely b showing it to my hard core running mums- it’s reassuring and hearing from a professional runner that’s it’s ok not to run for a while will help these girls psychologically! Thanks Jen and Wendy xxx

Thanks for sharing! And I agree, my favorite part is Wendy too! I cried when I watched the intro video because I felt like someone finally understood and was guiding the way on a tough journey with such ease and gentleness.
